Unless you have a 4x4 it maybe best to park at N 45 17.320 W 097
00.340
It's a nice walk anyway. :)
You will not drive up to this cache in the family car. If you have
a 4x4 you can get closer to it, but you will still have to cross
rocks and water(unless its dry out)at some point. I removed my
socks and shoes to cross the water. It was only about 12 inchs deep
and about 15 feet across.
If you had to park the car were I did (N 45 17.320 W 097 00.340)it
is a good 1/2 mile hike one way.
You may see many things when you are there. In the evening I seen
deer, rabits, many snakes, ducks, geese and lots of other birds.
The ticks were also very bad. I must have picked 20 of them off of
me once I was back to the car. I found more once I got home and
cleaned up.
This area is open to hunting so keep that in mind if you are going
durring hunting season.
Please let me know once you find or don't find the cache if you
think it is rated correctly.
Good luck and be safe!
