Dansk : Ruten går gennem Ringsted centrum, og viser noget af det nye og noget af det gamle Ringsted.
For at få den perfekte gåtur for ens kondition og helbred anbefaler eksperterne, at man går 100 skridt i minuttet i 30 minutter om dagen, fem gange om ugen.
