I thought I’d share some nice places along the shores of Priest Lake. This is a beautiful, mossy creek draw. It is a short hike on a nice wide trail. After you find the cache, walk down the creek about 500 feet and see the small waterfalls along the way. You might find another surprise just past there. Please do not leave any food or liquids in the cache (that INCLUDES hand sanitizer!), and no smelly items (i.e. candles, lotion, cigars, potpourri, etc).
As you turn into the trailhead parking lot from the highway, the large pyramid-shaped mountain with the spike on top that you see ahead of you is Lookout Mt, with Lookout Mt lookout on top.
