Geocache Description:

The hike up to the second ledge of the famed Rattlesnake Ledge.

The hike up to Rattlesnake Ledge is a lot easier since the Washington Trail Association put in some great work in 2003 and 2004. They not only rebuilt the trail but they made it longer and less steep. The total donated time exceeds 20,000 hours on this particular mountain. The hike to the second ledge is a little harder as the trail is narrower. It is a nice hike of 4.5 Miles Round Trip. Don't forget that there is a third ledge up there as well.
