The last dye thing factory

Here is "[Muraisome] factory. " of the dye factory of the only washcloth specialty in Tokyo.

"Work with the type" to paint the paste on the cloth is the most important process because it puts out a beautiful design.

How to dye it is a technique for absorbing it from the cloth under by vacuum by injecting dyestuff by the one that is called "Tokyo this dye". The feeling of quality steady with the same inside and outside design because dyestuff soak into the back unlike the print only of the surface is invented. A lot of entertainers who fell in love with the arm are ordering an original washcloth.

ここは都内に唯一の手ぬぐい専門の染め工場の「村井染工場」です。

布に糊を塗る「型付作業」は綺麗な絵柄を出すために最も重要な工程。

染め方は「東京本染」と呼ばれるもので、染料を注入し布の下からバキュームで吸い取る技法です。表面だけのプリントと違い、裏まで染料が染み込むた
め表裏同じ絵柄でしっかりとした質感が生み出されます。その腕に惚れ込んだ多くの芸能人がオリジナルの手ぬぐいを注文しています。
