****** TAKE ME OUT TO THE FAIR *******
One of a Series of 5 Caches in the Muscatine County Fairgrounds. All of the caches are designed to be family friendly and not too difficult. This cache is small but will hold small trade items and coins.
You could drive to all of the caches in this series, however there may be times when the gates are closed (like during rainy season)so you will have to walk or ride your bikes. Fortunately the grounds aren't that big so it will be a nice walk most days. Be respectful of the area because we want to be able to keep our caching privileges here.
At times there will be events at the Fairgrounds but usually the only thing not accessible without paying a fee may be the grandstand area.
During the County fair you would have to pay for parking so wait a week and it will be free again. You will be able to find all of these caches at night if you choose, but don't be surprised if you have to answer a few questions to our local Police Officers. Some of them know about caching but they still have to do their jobs.
