Warning

Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Easiest to walk along the beach from car park at north end of esplanade, then into the scrub.
The title stands for DVD exchange. The container, a largish plastic box is not camouflaged, but pushed in under a bush. Please tuck it back as far out of sight as you can. Along with log book, pen and stash note, the cache contains about 8 DVD,s, ranging from cartoons to M rated ones. Each is sealed in a plastic bag, and there are a few extra bags in the cache. The videos I can remember include; Gothica, Species II, Dream catcher, Sky captain of tomorrow, Kung Pow,and the cartoons. There is also a Prince of Persia games DVD, and a couple more . All are in excellent condition and some have never been used. This is your chance, like me, to get rid of DVD's that are not worthy of your collection but seemed good enough to buy at the time. THIS AREA IS INHABITED BY DEATH ADDERS. In 25 years I have only stepped over one, and fortunately that was dead, but take this into account, especially if you have young children. For this reason only, I have not rated it as suitable for children, particularly to do by themselves. It is only a very short walk up from the beach, which is quite safe.

I was not dressed right for this as i was working. Thought i had time for a quick find. As a child we visited the area often. So i was well aware of the caution for the local wildlife.

Nice day for a walk easy find and swapped some bugs. Bucket not very well hidden and lid was coming off but seemed intact and dry.

Found it before you fixed the cache. It was wet wet wet but in a great spot. Nice wander up the beach.

Have refurbished this after drying out contents. A nice, big, new, hardy bucket. Also dropped off prairie mug TB, ready for summer visitors.

I found this before you had fixed the cache Mr Walker. No need to send you the email now. It was in a bad shape. Real bad.

Instead of posting the shots of the broken plastic (which I could not begin to fix), I'll post the shots of the Astro staple diet in Tumby. They even put stars on it for me.

How thoughtful. I love the bakery. A good feed helped me walk down the beach to the cache.

Clear skies from TeamAstro.
