Quick C & D near an elegant restored bridge.
When Fox Street, a major artery connecting the Nicetown and East Falls sections of Philadelphia, was laid out around the turn of the 20th Century a bridge was built over the now disused rail tracks in with concrete railings shaped to look like marble. Over the years this cracked and deteriorated and was becoming an eyesore. But with construction of nearby Baker's Square Shopping Center it was restored to its former glory.
