I placed cache in San Marcos where Twin Peaks Rd will very soon connect with San Elijo Hills. If you have never been on this multi trail , you will be in for a great hike, with some fantastic 360 degree views. There are many ways to get to the cache area, but some ways will be better than others. I found a road that placed me within .50 mi. from the loot. If you choose another route, expect to hike at least a mile each way.
The cache is in a cammo plastic container that will blend in to the natural landscape. It is larger than the average tupperware container so it will hold good size trade items.
This is an area that is pretty much wide open for a number of new caches. Look for several more to come.
