There are two ways to get to this one. The land route will take you through some thick brush, but the terrain is flat. The water route is much easier. We paddled our kayaks to the site after putting in at Hillman Ferry. It's an even shorter ride from the Pisgah Bay boat ramp. However you get there, its an excellent place to go and ... just breathe.
The cache is big enough for some small items (toys, coins, etc.) and has a log book and pen.
This is the second cache we've placed named after a Pearl Jam song. It's on the Backspacer album and the song was used in our wedding. A link to the song is located toward the top of this page. Check it out. (The song and the cache.)
