This spot has a great view of the city, plus you get to see where the Menomonee River (left) joins with Milwaukee River (ahead).
This is a quick park & grab, and you can stop right next to it for a few minutes without having to park far away.
This cache is not exactly hard to find, but there will be tons of muggles around. There are also lots of balconies from the surrounding buildings, so you're gonna have to put your stealth skills to practice. I suggest an early morning or late night grab (or both, the view looks really cool at both times of the day).
If you have the time, find some parking nearby and go down the River Walk, it sure is very relaxing and definitely worth your time.
