This cache is located near Camp Burton and placed at the end of a private drive that must be accessed to visit the camp. This should be a very easy and quick cache to find. You can see it from the road, easily.
Permission has been granted by the farmer who owns the surrounding land. Please be considerate when finding this cache. Parking is minimal so if you park in the driveway please be quick and move out of the way if needed.
Camp Burton is a forty acre camp operated and maintained by the Northeast Iowa Council. The Camp is situated just twelve miles north of Dubuque off Highway 52 on Boy Scout Road.
This camp has been enjoyed by countless youths and adults over the years. The camp is maintained by the Northeast Iowa Council and is open for camping by Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venture crew groups. There are several trails that can be used as well as ample space for tent camping. Camping can be done in either one of the two cabins on site or tents can be used.
The cache was placed by the Cub Scouts of Pack 10 in Dubuque during their Spring campout at Camp Burton.
