I have taken many field trips here as a kid and it is a very unique place. Unfortunately, the years have really taken a toll on this little house, but it still stands as strong as it can.
Kunkle is a very small little town close by and if you blink you may just miss it. The town itself has a very interesting history. According to a project I did in Junior High, the town was wiped out by a tornado right in its prime and never really found roots again. Stephen King actually mentions Kunkle in his book The Stand.
