The Dos Vientos Trail Head cache is located at the starting point of an easy trail. This short trail provides excellent views of both Dos Vientos and Boney Moutain. In addition to the views, the ridgeline is the location of two other caches "Boney View Tool Cache" by BKMV and "Southern Hospitality" by Trurokr. It will take you less than a minute to walk to this cache, but you may spend considerably more time searching for it! For the enjoyment of other geocachers, please remove and replace the cache VERY carefully. Here is your homework: You must use the resistor code to find the true coordinates for this cache. The coordinates list are NOT the correct ones. If you don't know the resistor color code use the internet to look it up. The colors stand for numbers. The correct coordinates are: N 34 09.(violet)(red)(green) W 118 58.(red)(orange)(red) You can reach the cache from the trail. Happy hunting
