The pirates who hid this cache were very industrious. They hid
their booty so far inland, they figured who would bother to look
here? That's where you come in my hardies. We found their treasure
map and have digested it for you here.
Start by anchoring your "land schooner" across the street from
the coordinates.
1) Walk to the coordinates. Look both ways for traffic.
2) Project a waypoint to 188 degrees at 0.17 mile. Go there.
Watch it! There's prickers along the way!
3) Project a waypoint to 201 degrees at 0.21 mile. Turn and go
there. Oh no! Poison pirate weed plants! Rough Ironshore rocks!
Caves! Gasp! Bats! Yuck, Guano!
Steady Mateys. Keep a firm hand on yer rudders. Yer not there
yet!
4) Project a waypoint to 216 degrees at 45 feet. Go!
5) Project a waypoint to 123 degrees at 50 feet. Go. Avast!
Wait! Beware the large multi trunked trees at this last point! It's
infested with bees! Find a way to approach the treasure without
going near the trees. Arrr.
6) Note sweat and mosquitos. Make notes in the pirates log book
and trade fair. Please re-hide treasure trove exactly as hidden. We
don't want it to be visible.
Turn around, and see that some scallawags were digging for the
treasure across the way. Did they find it? Duck! More Bats!
Some things to consider-
Wear sneakers or boots. No flip-flops. Long pants. Bring plenty
of water. Flashlight. Don't enter caves alone. Some require a
vertical rope descent.(Not the cache.) (I liked the rope down cave
most.) Leave young children home. (Pirates map said- "Best ye
anchors yer mewling spawn in safe harbour, matey")
Note: Pirates descendants are full time Cayman dwellers and are
watching over the treasure.
