Geocache Description:

Rectangular Lock'n Lock in Fenimore woods, with some minor obstacles on the way.

This is in Fenimore Woods, with a playground and picnic shelter. The area is only perhaps a dozen acres, but it also has a quiet little steam and lake. The cache itself is only a few hundred feet from parking, but there are a few minor obstacles: the small steam, a short hill, and unfortunately some thorns. After finding it, I encourage you to take a walk around the lake and check out the rest of this park.

The coordinates lead to to the scene of an impressive crash site. Some time this fall, a large tree split in half and came crashing down. Several larger branches hit nearby trees and broke. The trunk itself fell directly on top of a fence, smashing most of it and scattering the pieces. The end result is a spectacular pile of broken wood, with a cache somewhere in the debris.
