The three-stage journey to this cache starts at an amazing display of masonry skills in a private residence. There are four very amazing rock structures that include a 7 ft ball, a 6 ft arch, a 9 ft pyramid and a 12 ft column that is kind of S shaped. You can see all from the road in your car. The numbers on the mailbox will be used to get you to stages 2, which are about .6 miles away. Stage 3 is close to stage 2 and is a well-stocked ammo box.
I was amazed while passing this private residence and had to place a cache to get people to see it and enjoy it as I did. Beside the four stone structures mentioned above. There are other unique items on the lawn that seem to be made of concrete. The owners keep two llamas in a corral and hopefully they may be out when you get there. Beyond the llama corral on the road are newly built curved walls that I have not figured out what they will be or perhaps they are now complete.Find the number on the mailbox to get to stage two. The coordinates for stage two are N40 57.8__; W074 27___. The last two numbers of the address will give you the missing numbers for the N co-ordinates. Take the address and subtract 223 from it to get the missing three numbers of the W co-ordinates. Park at N40 57.813 W074 27.137, which is the blue trail. Follow it towards the lake until you see an unmarked trail that goes right to the lake. It is easier than bushwhacking. Stage two is a small white bottle containing the co-ordinates for stage three, which is close by. Both stage two and stage 3 are along the shores of this scenic lake.The cache is an ammo box containing a 16-ft tape, bunge cord set, a jump rope, scotch tape, a screwdriver set, glue gun and a lanyard.
