Geocache Description:

Avandale West is a development of single family homes built by Samco between 1986 and 1987 in Sicklerville, Winslow Township, New Jersey. The owner of Samco built many of the developments in this part of Winslow, such as Avandale, Avandale West, Scenic View, Stone Hollow, and others. Prior to construction, this development was farmland consisting mostly of peach orchards.

You are looking for a large size cache, hidden near the sign marking the entrance to this development. It contains a log, pencil, some swag, and plenty of room for trackables! ENJOY!
