Come along for a while and help clean up the Karinya Reserve, and the scrubland near the Lions Shed on Shepherds Hill Road. Meet at the Eden Hills Scout Hall, starting at 10am and finishing at 3pm. Tea, coffee, cordial, water and snacks will be provided.
Plastic gloves will be supplied, but please bring a set of 'tough' gloves if you want them, and be sure to bring a water bottle. Also ensure you wear good enclosed shoes, as the scrub is fairly thick in places.
If you could post a 'Will Attend' log on the event, that would be greatly appreciated, as we have been asked by the City of Mitcham to give an estimate of the number of people. If you do not post a 'will attend' log however, still feel free to come along.
