Geocache Description:

The Grand Union Canal links Birmingham to London with a waterway which is 145 miles long and contains 166 locks. This cache is one of a series to be found along or close to the Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire stretch of the canal.

Yes, but what's it got to do with body jewellery?!! The cache nickname is an anagram of a nearby landmark, that's what... ie NOTHING!

Parking for this one is in residential streets, so please be very courteous to the residents. Depending upon which way you approach the cache, the terrain will involve crossing a lock, or swimming/wading a river (only if you are silly), so please be very VERY cautious, especially when cache hunting with kids. I wont say more without giving the game away, but please do use your common sense. There will be lots of muggles about so you will have to be discreet. Pretending that you are looking for a route to 'over there' is probably your best bet.As a treat for the first to find, I have put some treasure in this one : some REAL pearls and garnetsBe sure to read the interesting bit of 'Berko' history on the information point by the lock.
