Rock Rabbit: The Washington Review Team has given a lot of latitude to this cache's lengthy unavailability because of the unique circumstances and the hope that it would once again be available. It has been nearly 5 years since this cache has been found and it doesn't look like caching on the island will be allowed anytime soon - possibly never again. All of these things indicate that this cache listing has outlived it's life span. Edmount Island Cache had a good run, but it is time to let it go and rest in peace.
