Shop99er: Well, things have changed regarding this property.
It is no longer owned by the County Parks Department. It is now owned by the Public Utilities Division. They are turning it into a storm drain, for all intents and purposes. Nearly all of the vegetation is gone, replaced by a gravel road that is not open to the public.
In fact, the entire property is officially closed to the public.
So, Manchester will now never get its County Park like they were supposed to.
As a result of all the above, I am archiving this cache. As I said, the property is now closed to the public, and while I know people are gonna go in there anyway, I'm not going to be the catalyst for now illegal activities.
This was our first cache, and it had an 8 year lifespan. And, I managed to rescue the container, so it may show up elsewhere.
