Castle
Hike to a castle in the
foothills above Salt Lake City and enjoy a
particularly spectacular view.
This hike is more difficult than it once
was, due to overgrown vegetation encroaching
on the trail. I bumped the Terrain
rating up to 4.
Update 6-2024: The trail is still
visible enough to follow, but it's easy to
lose it. I have added 12 waypoints to
this listing. Follow these waypoints
in order and you should be okay. You
should see them listed as Castle 1 through
Castle 12.
Enjoy the hike!
The final location is rarely visited and
worth the effort! It should make for a
good winter hike and the cache should be
findable in snow.
