Chin Hsue park is an attractive park in downtown Hsinchu that borders what is claimed to be the only canal in Taiwan. It is a nice place to stop and rest away from the crowded streets and I have seen children fishing from the steps by the water.
The cache name has a double meaning. One meaning is that the weather was beginning to get hot and humid when I placed this cache ... not very comfortable for someone used to a more northern climate.
I returned to the location three times to average coordinates, but the GPS never reported accuracy better than 25 or 30 feet. The cache is in the park, not across the street.
The attached picture will give away the location of the cache so you will only want to look at it if you get stuck. Enjoy!
Small note on cache maintenance: While I do not live in Taiwan, I travel to Hsinchu regularly, as do two of my geocaching co-workers.
