Dannomite: Unfortunately, East Meets West at Vasquez Rocks cache has seen its last day. It was furry muggled a couple months ago and I'll be moving to Omaha next month so thought I better hike out to the cache, retrieve it and then send it to archive heaven. Geocache Description:


I was recently on the East Coast and thought I’d create a cache with some findings from out there.

Park in the back parking area at Vasquez Rocks and you’re about a half-hour and ¾ mile (as the crow flies) hike from the cache.

The cache contains the following:
· Map of New York City and Times Square
· “I Love New York” key chain
· Statue of Liberty pen
· World Trade Center memorial postcard (stamp included)
· Map of Philadelphia and Valley Forge
· Gold bicentennial Liberty Bell coin
· Parchment of the Declaration of Independence
· Atlantic City thimble
· Ocean City postcard (stamp included)
· Ocean Breeze soap
· Sand dollar
· Lighthouse figurine

The cache is a ½ gallon caramel corn container from the boardwalk in Ocean City.
