Geocache Description:

First in a constellation of caches inspired by Orion. Each cache contains clues which you will need to complete the series.

The first four caches should be relatively straightforward to find, but you will need to see the big picture to find the last four.

Betelgeuse is a massive M-type red supergiant star nearing the end of its life and is the second brightest star in Orion. It serves as the "right shoulder" of the hunter it represents.

The container is a plastic jar (about twice as long as a 35mm canister) in a camouflage bag. Make a note of clues {alpha 1} to {alpha 3}. Please make sure the cache is hidden in exactly the same place when you replace it. Please bring a pen to complete the log.

Parking is available in nearby streets. Please be considerate to residents when parking. Access to the cache may be muddy.
