This rant was posted on a tree next to a new section of the Oralabor Gateway Trail in the Fall of 2010 while construction crews were busy laying the new trail. The sign is gone now but I snapped a photo for posterity: 
To solve this puzzle, use the hints found in the image to find where I took the picture from. Then travel 667 meters on a bearing of 57.7° to find the cache. The land to the south of the trail and east of Northwest Toni Drive is private property and the owner has already expressed concern to the Polk County Conservation Board about trespassers.
