Generic Events Overseen At Random Times (Neun) Event Cache

We're now halfway through qualifying for a challenge to have an event every week for 52 weeks. Thanks go to MI Barrelmakers and spartanalum (among others) for contributing to this deranged goal. Looking ahead though, there's a severe lack of spots on the calendar. Only one thing to do: take matters into our own hands stack the deck a little.

And heck, while we're at it let's stack it for the rest of you too. There are 16 events in this series which form an event icon geoart. If you can make all of them, then that helps you towards qualifying for our GeoArt Challenge. AND 5 of the events are all within a 7 day period...which helps you qualify for our Socially Obsessed Challenge.
