The cache is not located
at the above co ordinates but is within 2 miles. Basically flat
there is roughly 1000 metres between the starting point and the
cache.
For centuries, nations around the world have operated Black
Chambers, secret rooms where they attempted to decode the messages
being sent by their rivals. The French operated the Cabinet Noir,
in Vienna the Geheime Kabinets-Kanzlei was the home of Austria's
greatest codebreakers, and in Britain there was Room 40 and then
Bletchley Park.
To find the cache you must solve three riddles. Solve riddle number
one then put the answer into a Vigenere Square as the key. This
will allow you to decrypt riddle number two. Do the same again
putting your answer into the square as a key. Do this with all
three which will give the final key to unlock the co ordinates to
the starting point.Please decipher one line at a time using the
