Hills above Orange. Somewhat strenous hike to reach cache. Altitude
is about 800 feet.
Neat spot with beautiful views in all directions. Looks like kids
were setting up a fort here some time ago. From this spot I can see
my elementary, junior and high schools..... Cache is small fossil
watch tin. This area is within Santiago Oaks Regional Park. Look
for benchmark nearby if interested. Have fun!!

January 16 by chivato (203 found) Stopped by today while checking on Outguess and replaced the log for this cache. New log and old log are both in ziplock bags, added a pen. Cache is fine, slightly damp.Tim

November 29, 2009 by cachepotemus (424 found) Caught this with Samwise after getting Huff N' Puff. This was a great hike. The day was clear and visibility was very nice. Good coordinates and the hint was very useful. TNLNSL. TFTC. We definitely enjoyed a cache that took awhile to get to.

November 14, 2009 by NakoTacoPatrol (1295 found) Parked in a turnout on the street near Panama: ATW80. Scrambled up the hill, stepping over the new water pipe described in the Panama cache page. I then joined into a dirt service road wining up and around. At the top, I see a sign saying that the trail is closed due to work by the water district. The sign is on the ground leaning against a post. I figure that the sign in referring to the work on the above ground water pipe that I just passed. I don't pass the sign directly, but walk to the left, eventually rejoining an established footpath. I get to the top with great views. After a short search, the cache is in hand. Thanks for maintaining this "unique" cache.

November 13, 2009 by scpet (1178 found) Great views from up top, despite the smog. Had to search a while and almost started getting nervous that I'd miss it. Heed the private property signs at the end of the "road" by parking in the regular residential area. Thanks for maintaining a rather unique fizzy square.
