Geocache Description:

A nice hike out in Kensington Metropark. Parking is at the Nature Center.
The cache is a easy one to find. When you are in the area check out the Green Umbrella sign. What is the Green Umbrella??
The cache is a large round Lock N Lock filled with nice trade items. Near here, there is a field by a spring that is filled with deer. The coords are at the waypoint below. It is also a fine Earthcache to do.

There is a First To Find Prize of an unactivated 2006 Arkansas Geocoin! The first three cachers will have their names listed here as fastest cachers in this region.

A Metroparks permit is required: $4.00 daily pass, $25.00 Annual Pass, $12.00 Senior Pass. $48.00 Pass for both all Metro Parks and The Oakland Co Parks. For general information please call 810-227-2757 or 800-47-PARKS. Park in parking lots only. The hours of this park are 6 am - 10 pm daily. Do not step on vines in this park. See (GC1Q9FJ) .
