lucien: Yep, definitely covered by a falling tree, beyond the point of recovery. Ah well, still a very nice place to visit, if you can.

Geocache Description:

A moderate walk along flat ground, in a very scenic area.

This location can be very popular during the summer months, but incredibly deserted (though still very scenic) in fall through spring. In order to make it doable without attracting undue attention, I've placed it somewhat out of the way, though still very accessible, hopefully.

If you visit, it's perhaps worth proceeding (on foot) a bit further to the southwest; the views there are particularly nice.

Note: during the peak times when the booth is manned, it may cost $8 to park nearby ($4 with a Westchester Park pass), similar to the Zephyr/Blue Moon fees.
