this is a good rainy day cache, because it's indoors.
Enter the building at the point nearest to the coordinates and take your first left. after that you're on your own.
It is important to use the correct entrance, which is the public entrance for a public portion of the building. although the people who work here (award winners in their field) have given permission for the cache, people working in other parts of this building may not enjoy the presence of strangers.
when you get here, do not ask the employees to help you. they will pretend they don't know anything about it. asking will only alert them that much entertainment is to be had in watching you.
