This cache is part of a series of four caches. The first three
caches of this series--each based on a type of puzzle found in most
newspapers-- are this one,

to find the final cache of the series,
The Final Chapter.
To find this cache, first just solve a typical crossword puzzle.
Yes, there are several movie-related clues and answers, but don't
worry, you certainly don't have to be Roger Ebert to do this
puzzle.
Then, from the completed crossword, take the letters from each
type of marked square and arrange them to spell a number; for
example, the letters from the four squares marked with green ovals
will form one number. Assign each of these numbers to a letter,
using the following key. (Note- the same number may appear more
than once.)
Next is some easy arithmetic:
s=D-C
t=B+E
u=E+H
x=A-B
y=B+G
z=F-H
Then the final coordinates are:
N 47 38.stu
W 122 11.xyz
Checksum of the six digits of the coordinates that you are
solving for is 23.
PARKING NOTE No need to park on the shoulder of the busy
street. There are some usable parking spaces a couple hundred feet
NW of the cache.
