Waterton Canyon is finally open again after being closed for more than a year. So, I returned to Waterton and hid several caches including this one.
Get your bike out and head up into Waterton Canyon to this location where there is a large boulder. While you are there, check out what's on top of the boulder.
One time when riding up the canyon, I noticed a bunch of people just south of this location by the green electrical box. I stopped and asked what they were looking at. It was a black bear on the other side of the river quite a ways up the hill. That was a good adventure that day as is any ride up Waterton.
As always in Waterton Canyon, watch for rattlesnakes, bighorn sheep and mule deer. Also, watch out for spiders and frogs in the area.
