Geocache Description:

A two part multi-cache located near (and in) Lake Lavon. Bring your swim trunks if the weather is nice ~

You'll either need a boat or be able to swim / wade in order to find this cache. Please dry off the cache container before you open it to avoid getting any water inside. Thanks!

Depending on how high the water is in the lake you can either wade out to the cache, swim, or take a boat. Check the lake level indicator below. If the current level is below Normal Elevation then you can wade out to it. If above, you'll need to be a tall cacher or have some water wings, a boat / kayak / pirogue, etc.

When the cache was placed on 8/18/03, the lake was about 4 feet low. This cache will be an easy find now, but....

Extra kudos to those that don't use a boat to log this cache during the cold weather months.

This was the most fun I've had while placing a cache! Sbk and Sbq are two of nicest folks I've met. Thanks for toting me around in your boat and feeding me beer!

There was a First to Find trinket in this cache that was claimed by Orion928.
