How Geocaching Works
Unless you're lucky enough to find nearby parking, you'll be facing a good steep "San Francisco" style hill climb. Once there, you should be able to locate the general cache site with ease.
As a bonus, you'll have a pretty nice view to the north where you'll see the ships docked at the foot of Hyde St and of Alcatraz Island in the background- of course, it (the view) gets better the further you are up on the hill.
Please take a few extra seconds when returning the cache to its hiding spot *carefully* so others will have something to find after trudging up/down this modest little incline.
Under no circumstances should you attempt to enter the water reservoir area by climbing any fences or barriers. The cache is fully accessible from the street/roadway.
