An energetic walk along a track giving spectacular views to the North and South. Total distance about 5km.
Parking/Start is at N36 50.301 and W005 08.280.
The track, suffering from recent torrential rain, initially passes between Olive groves bordered by a profusion of flowers and then passes ancient, but still in use, charcoal pits, heralded by a couple of tethered dogs.
At stage 1 coordinates,N36 50.096, W005 08.815, there are extensive views to the South across the valley towards Los Prados and Arriate and to the North the pueblos blancos of Olvera and Alcala del Valle. At the coordinates the cache is not the ´Trig Point´ but is not far away and magnetic.
The track undulates to Stage 2, N36 49.798, W005 09.526, which will be a welcome sight if the weather is hot. The cache is "under the water?".
The combined coordinates will lead you to the final cache, containing initially; A German Geo coin, a Prince Edward Island Jamboree woggle, TFTC badge, small padlock and keys, Cayman Island keyring, 2 marbles, 1 small red ball, Capt. Jack Scame frontiersman model, LEGO motorcyclist, and FTF new 50p & 10p coins.
