On the day of the event a group of Swedish geocachers will travel to Tjernobyl and Pripyat to explore this historic place. We leave by bus from Kiev in the morning and will gather here during the day.
Other geocachers are welcome to join us but please be aware of that you are only allowed entrance into the zone with a special permit, which in effect means you have to join an organised tour. Our guides can however not provide an exakt time since the exact route within the area always must be decided on location, depending on the number of other people present etc. Just being in Pripyat on the day of the event will not be enough to log the event. An event is a social gathering of geocachers so you must actually meet up with us in the area somehow.
