Large park with water and trees.
"Water, Greens and cuture" is the theme of this park.
It is well maintained and you can comfortably spend your time here.
There is a science museum nearby and art museum is within a walking
distance.
Open Mar-Sep 5:00 - 20:00, Oct-Feb 5:30 - 18:00
Free parking available for 150 cars.
Watch for geomuggles.
When you replace the cache, please make sure it won't come
out.

Found it.
After business trip, I had time to find.
As the weekday evening, few muggles were in the park and very calm.
I enjoyed walking around the quiet park.Thank you for the cache. === Japanese ===
出張ついでに寄りました。
平日の夕方だったのでほとんどマグルさん達もおらず、とても静かな冬の公園の散歩を満喫しました。 キャッシュをありがとうございます。

I found it soon!There is many Muggles in the park, but there is no muggles near the cache.

宇都宮激闘ツアー#5です。
マグルが多くいましたが、キャッシュ付近には誰もいませんでした。
噴水が日光でキラキラ光りキレイでした。

At last, I was able to find it by the fourth times.
I often read the log. And, I looked for the opposite direction with the current seeing.
[Maguru] was for a while in the place and it was not possible to do. However, it was when my do thrust of its hand there.
There are a lot of cicadas in this park. There were a lot of cicada shells.

４回目の挑戦でようやく見つけることができました。
今回はログをよく読んで，今まで見ていたのとは反対の方向を探しました。
マグルがしばらくその場所にいて手が出せませんでしたが，いなくなったすきに
手をつっこんでみるとありました。
ちなみにこの公園はセミの羽化が多い場所でもあり，キャッシュの近くでも
セミの抜け殻がまるで「木になっている」状態でした。
