Geocache Description:

Be ready for a creeping surprise with this geocache! Placed by experienced premium owners, this geocache always has what you need. You don't need to bring a pen/pencil, as there is one already inside there inside a plastic bag with the log.

Leonard Park is just over five years old (opened about 2010) and has a small playground, water fountain, picnic table, benches, and bathroom. The land was donated to the City by the Leonard family, long-time residents of the area. There is a bike trail which goes through the park that connects to the Neal Smith Trail; Leonard Park is less than 1/4 mile from the Neal Smith Trail. The connecting trail goes though a tunnel under Parker Blvd. This park is a favorite of our family. We were incredibly excited when we first had the chance to come here! It's very close to our house and a nice place to stop after biking on the Trail. Parking is not convenient. If you drive, I suggest you park on Washington to the west of the park.
