Geocache Description:

Take Woods Rd near the casino to find this cache along the way to several other caches in the area. You'll get to stop and see 2 interesting sights in a very short distance.

Sometimes while in the woods you'll see something out of place and wonder how it got there. We can only imagine when this giant rock came rolling down the mountian it was quite destructive, mowing down trees in a thunder of noise. It didnt quite reach the bottom of the hill though, stopping short of reaching the creek below.

So this is a mini multi to get a chance to see both the boulder up close, and a gorgeous forest creek. You'll be looking for a micro container with coords and a hint, then a small lock-n-lock.

*The difficulty rating is due to low satellite reception for the final.
*The terrain is due to needing to scramble up and down a boulder, then cross a small creek.

Please be gentle in your search for the final. Stop and enjoy the beautiful creek while your GPS settles in. No need to rush this, it's quiet and worth taking a few extra minutes rather than just dive in looking everywhere.

Nominated for Cache of the Month (April 2007) by the WSGA (visit link)
