peanutbutterbreadandjam: It is with profound regret that I must archive this legendary cache created by 3jaze when geocaching was still relatively new in Calgary. The very unique hiding spot is under water: the water level in the reservoir has risen dramatically, and while it may recede, the location is unsuitable for a permanent cache.
Jim, thank you for hiding this beauty of a cache and for allowing me to adopt it. I was honoured when I briefly held the reins and it was a jewel in my collection of caches. I asked myself what I thought you’d do in this situation and I firmly believe you would’ve archived too.
If the water levels drop low enough and someone finds the container (I doubt it floated away!) I’d love to have it back! Thank you.
