Warning

Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

It is possible to drive a lot of the way to this cache although it is on a track. The track was not too rough and at the bottom is a place to turn the car around. Follow the trail to the Gorge, cross over the bridge, walk up the other side and cross the bridge again.
I should change the name of this one as it has just been used as a location in the latest Harry Potter film!

Black Rock Gorge is very narrow and deep. It is hidden behind the small village of Evanton on the east coast of Scotland above Inverness. If you are visiting in the summer months be sure to take your midge repellent with you! This is a nice walk and you can either drive down the path as mentioned above or walk all of the way down.

Original contents of cache are:
Tigger - mobile phone holder bag
8 wax crayons
Scottie Dog Birthday Book
Toy car
Shells
Bracelet

Have fun!

The book is quite full and had to write on the cardboard.

Cracking place. Loved the gorge - even went for a bit of a wander along the edge further into the woods to see what I could see...
Took my family and my parents who were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary and introduced them to geocaching! TFTC Took Sir Loin to find a good steak, left nothing.
