This cache will bring you to an alley behind a favorite place of ours. The bench above sits outside the restaurant.

Funny story: The first time we ate here, we arrived to find an ambulance parked outside. When I first saw the bench, the words “patrons” and “ultimate sacrifice” jumped out at me and—combined with the presence of the ambulance—made me think the bench was dedicated to those who had eaten here and, well, died. My wife quickly assured me that my mind is irreversibly warped and that the bench is exactly what it is: a suitable memorial to members of our armed services who have passed away. She was right—on both counts. I still thought it was funny, though, and think of it every time I pass by that bench.

Rest assured, I'm certain no one has ever died on the premises. You’ll be searching for a camo’d bison tube. You probably won’t need special equipment to retrieve the cache, but nimble fingers and a little care will be necessary. Oh, and a set of tweezers might be helpful in retrieving the log. There will often be a lot of muggles in the area, so please use stealth when searching. Re-hide the cache exactly as you found it.

I think we got caught by a muggler. After he went inside the facility another one came out and really watched us until we left. His truck was parked right next to the cache and I guess he was told someone was messing around with it.

Very quiet when we approached the cache site. Spotted this one quickly and was on our way to get a pizza at Jinx's and then head for the campfire. TFTC SL

After seeing 9 police cars circled around Mooseky's Jeep, I wasn't too sure that I was going to say that I knew him, but they weren't interested in us, just food. Ddaisy

Before finding the cache Ddaisy and I decided to have lunch at the nearby establishment. We didn’t see any ambulances today but found it interesting that while we were eating many state troopers entered the café for lunch. When we left the cafe I was surprised to see my jeep surrounded by nine police cars. After enjoying lunch, which fortunately tuned out not to be the ultimate sacrifice, Ddaisy and I strolled around back to find this well hidden cache for dessert.
Thank for the hide…
