Wir werden uns dort um ca. 18:00 treffen, wer moechte kann spaeter noch einen Nachtcache suchen, also bitte Lampe mitbringen.

DEUTSCH

Das EVENT findet auf einem teilweise überdachten Festplatz in Vöran bei Meran statt. Dieser Festplatz (mit Toiletten) liegt oberhalb des Dorfes auf einer Lärchenwiese mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf das westliche Südtirol.
Es werden uns ausreichend Festbänke und Tische für das Event zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Naehe befindet sich auch ein Kinderspielplatz.

Wir bitten die Teilnehmer gemäß der sich inzwischen eingebürgerten Tradition lokale Spezialitäten zur allgemeinen Verkostung mitzubringen.

Für diejenigen, die grillen möchten aber keine Zeit für’s „Lebensmittel – Shopping“ haben, können wir natürlich bei rechtzeitiger Voranmeldung (gegen Unkostenbeitrag) Fleisch, Gemüse und Getränke organisieren. Wir werden dafür sorgen dass rechtzeitig 2 große Grill (vorgeheizt) für Euch zur freien Verfügung dort stehen werde.
Je nach Teilnehmerzahl werden wir ein Bierfass (30 oder mehr Liter) zur freien Verfügung aller bereitstellen…
Für „Grillfaule“ besteht die Möglichkeit im nahegelegenen Gasthof Oberwirt auf eigene Kosten a la carte zu speisen.

Für dieses Event werden voraussichtlich 10 Caches in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsstufen für „Gehfaule“, Wanderer, Mountainbiker und Autofahrer im Umkreis einiger Kilometer ausgelegt. Diese Caches werden im Anschluss an das Event freigeschaltet.

Diejenigen Teilnehmer, die noch nie zum Cachen in Südtirol waren und sich daher einige Tage bei uns aufhalten, werden ein reichhaltiges Cache-Angebot als Urlaubsbeschäftigung vorfinden. (Umkreissuche…)

Vorabendprogramm:
Am Vorabend des Events werden wir uns mit jenen von Euch, die Interesse haben bei einem „gepflegtem Bierchen“ zum Abendessen (auf eigene Kosten) treffen. (plus „Überraschung“) Das Lokal wird Euch (je nach Andrang) eine Woche vorher mitgeteilt.

TAGESPROGRAMM :
Ab 9:00 Anmeldung und Ausgabe der Unterlagen für die Caches
12:00 Bereitstellung der beiden vorgeheizten Gasgrill und Verkostung der von den Teilnehmern mitgebrachten „lokalen Spezialitäten“
13:00 Ausgabe eines besonderen Rätsels….(„Nur einer kann gewinnen“.)
13:30 Verlosung der gesponserten "Geschenke" Danke an Lars vom Geocachingshop.de, an Richard Kapfinger (Imker) und an die Spezialbierbrauerei FORST
Hinweis: Da wir den Festplatz nicht kostenlos erhalten und auch für die Müllentsorgung aufkommen müssen wird ein „Unkostenbeitrag“ von ca. 5,00 €uro eingenommen. Dafuer gibts auch Getraenke, Teller, Becher, Ketchup, usw...

Wir bitten, darum den Festplatz so zu hinterlassen wie er vorgefunden wurde !!

L’Evento si terra’ su un „prato montano” (tipo malga) predisposto per feste campestri, a Verano nelle vicinanze di Merano. Il campo si trova sopra al Paese, è parzialmente coperto e fornito di bagni, con vista panoramica su tutto l’ovest dell’Alto Adige.
Avremmo tavoli e panchine per feste campestri a disposizione in abbondanza.

Preghiamo tutti i partecipanti di seguire la tradizione portando con sé specialità locali che potranno essere degustate in compagnia.

Per chi volesse farsi una grigliata ma non ha tempo per fare la “spesa-alimentare” possiamo pensarci noi…
Organizzeremo due Grill a Gas che saranno (già caldi) a vostra disposizione a partire da mezzogiorno.
Secondo la quantità di partecipanti ci sarà l’ormai obbligatoria botte di Birra (30 o 50 lt.) a vostra libera disposizione.
Per chi non fosse interessato alla grigliata, nelle vicinanze c’è (a proprie spese) il ristorante “Oberwirt” con cucina tipica locale.

Per questo evento metteremo 10 cache nel raggio di qualche chilometro con diversi livelli di difficoltà per “pigri passegiatori”, per camminatori ed anche per chi volesse farsi un giro in bici o in macchina.
Tutte queste cache saranno “attivate” successivamente all’evento (e quindi diventeranno “loggabili”).
Chi non è mai venuto a fare Geocaching in Alto Adige troverà molte altre cache da cercare oltre a quelle dell’evento stesso.

La sera prima:
Per chi fosse interessato a bere in nostra compagnia qualche Birretta o a mangiare un piatto tipico (a proprie spese) potrà farlo la sera prima dell’evento. Una settimana prima daremo l’informazione riguardante il luogo. Dipendentemente dall’ “affluenza” ci sarà una “sorpresa”…

PROGRAMMA:

9:00 Accoglienza e consegna delle descrizioni delle nuove cache.
12:00 Consegna dei “Grill” (già caldi) e degustazione delle specialità locali portate dei partecipanti (Non mancherà lo SPECK da parte nostra.)
13:00 Consegna della descrizione per una “sorpresa speciale” (Solo uno potrà vincere)
13:30 lotteria dei oggetti sponsorizzati Grazie a Lars del geocoinshop.de, a Richard Kapfinger (apicoltore) e la birreria FORST
Avviso:
Siccome il terreno e lo smaltimento dei rifiuti è a nostro carico chiederemo ca. 5,00 € a persona per la partecipazione e le bevande, piatti, posate, ketchup....(Bimbi gratis)

Vi chiediamo inoltre di lasciare il luogo dell’evento nelle condizioni in cui è stato trovato!!

The event will be held on a "mountain lawn" set up for rustic parties located in Verano, in the proximity of Merano. The area is partially covered (with rest rooms) with a panoramic view on the entire west part of South Tyrol and it is located just over the village. For this event we will have available tables and benches for the party in abundance.

We ask to all the participant to "follow the tradition" and bring with them some of their local food specialties so all people can taste them.

If anyone is interested in joining us with a BBQ but has no time for buying food, we can take care for them... please just let us know.
We will set up two gas BBQs and they will be ready (hot enough) starting from noon.
Based on the number of participants it will be available the 'must-have' barrel of beer (30 or 50 liters, that means 8 or 13.5 gallons) for everyone.
For whoever isn't interested in the BBQ, there is a good restaurant: "Oberwirt" with local cuisine (on their own cost).

For this event we will hide 10 geocaches in a couple of kilometers (about 1.3 miles) on different difficoult level: for the lazy walkers, for trekkers, car-drivers and for bikers. All these caches will be activated after the end of the event (so they will all be loggable).
For who hasn't already done any geocaching in South Tyrol you can find many caches beside the specific ones of the event.

The evening before the event:
For whoever is interested in having a beer with us and taste some local food (on their own cost), the evening before the event we will organize a meeting in a restaurant. We will provide some information about the chosen location a week before the event (it depends on how many people will come)... And we will prepare a "surprise".

AGENDA:

9:00 Welcome and handing over of the documentation for the caches
12:00 Ready BBQ will be available, and tasting of all specialities provided by the participants. We will take care of the Speck.
13:00 Handing over of the documentation of a "special surprise" (only one could win!)
13:30 Tombola
NOTE:
Since we will take care of all the part regarding the cleaning up and the trash removing, we will ask a small fee of appx. 5 EUR per person (kids are free).
We please you to leave the location as you have found it !!!
