Muggles abound during certain times of the day near this cache. Use
caution if you try to make this a park-n-grab. Otherwise, it's
better to actually park in the nearby parking lot and make the
short trek to the cache. I'd recommend doing this under cover of
darkness but then again, it's possible to get this anytime during
the day if you have the cloak of invisibility!
