Easy but very interesting find.
Be aware that the cache is beside the main highway so park well clear of it. There is a sculpture in progress using local granite, which will take approximately 1 year to complete. Take a break and have a good look around at other local features.

Being fully focussed on the GPS and not taking in the surroundings, I directed Geohubby to stop the car close to GZ. Whilst staring out the window at the vacant bit of land, I was unimpressed by the lack of a statue/sculpture. "There should be a sculpture here...where is it?" Duh...then I saw it out hubby's window!! Talk about being a bit obsessed.

The sculpture is magnificent and well worth the stop all on its own...having a cache there as well...bonus. One of the locals stopped whilst I had the cache tucked under my arm and told us all about the sculpture. The cache was then returned to its place and we were on our way. L - GC.

Thanks for the cache.

What an impressive sculpture. Very skillfully done and a great monument. We would never have even known of its existence if not for Geocaching . Found the cache easily. Thanks for bringing us here .
