Thanks to ve6dave for the spawn. Speaking of spawning, the nearby cabin was built in the 1960's as a patrol cabin for Alberta Fish and Wildlife to patrol the commercial white fish fishery on Lake Wabamun. Catch me at some beer & wing event for tales of this one.

You can drive within 3 m of the cache unless the lake is very high. Do not climb OVER the fence. You better have a fishing licence if you are planning to fish ;)
