While King Cacher and his crew were on their quest for The Holy Logbook, a "non-geocacher" came by and heard talking going on in a bush nearby. Since it's not everyday you hear a bush talk, the "non-geocacher" went to investigate. Sure enough, he ran into King Cacher searching for clues (although he was not being especially stealthy). Before King Cacher could explain what he was doing, the muggle said "Oh, thank God it's just a crazy person. At first, I thought the bush was talking in an outrageous accent" before leaving the scene. After finding the clue, King Cacher named it in the non-geocacher's honor.
Cache is a pill container (some call it a bison tube, but it's really not) in a public park. BYOP. Watch out for muggles, especially during baseball season.
